Disclosure and transparency:

Providing all the information concerning guest service in a clear and transparent way; the following information is very important and must be available:

  1. The rights and responsibilities of each party.
  2. Details of prices, commissions for services and any changes made to them, and access to clear, correct, and timely information.
  3. Misuse of the membership's fines and risks, and termination mechanism of the contractual relationship and its consequences.
  4. Information on available and alternative services in ALTANFEETHI and changes that might be made to them( https://altanfeethi.com.sa/#/services).
  5. Contact data for guest service.

Work ethics and code of conduct:

Treating the guest with a high degree of professionalism and appreciation.

Data privacy protection:

Providing a secure and appropriate environment for privacy. The guest has the right to inquire about the personal data required from him. Guest information should be kept confidential and protected from misuse, and it must not be shared or published, unless the data has been requested from the government authorities upon an official letter.

Submission of complaints:

ALTANFEETHI receives complaints that are subject to ALTANFEETHI' terms and conditions and relating to the services provided. They are processed on the basis of the Service Level Agreement.

Special services:

Providing well-equipped facilities for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility.

Guest Obligations (Responsibilities)

The guest must comply with the following:

Terms and conditions and fees of the services, and changes made to them.

Registering for the services using the means approved by ALTANFEETHI 3 hours, at least, prior to the scheduled flight, in case of arrival or departure.

Submitting the required and valid documents and information, upon requesting the service, and when located in ALTANFEETHI Lounges, and Update it while required and/or requested.

Payment of the required fees, through the approved channels, and any financial dues for additional services.

Dealing respectfully with visitors and employees in ALTANFEETHI Lounges in accordance with the general manners applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Appropriate appearance and behavior within ALTANFEETHI Lounges, and in compliance with the public decency controls.

No smoking except in the designated places.

Using ALTANFEETHI' facilities and property without causing damage to them.

No photography allowed for the purpose of advertising or marketing, either directly or indirectly (unless a written and official approval obtained from ALTANFEETHI), or with prejudice to the privacy of the visitors to ALTANFEETHI Lounges.

Implementing the airlines' policies and requirements, such as disclosing any specific needs of the guest when registering the service request, e.g., providing a wheelchair.

Disclosing his continuing flight (transit), as this requires the registration of a new request for the Lounge use service for the connecting flight(transit).

Disclose any change to the flight if you wish to cancel the service reservation to avoid having any liability.

Providing the guest through the competent employee with the information on his flight at the time of service, for example, but not limited to, the boarding time. The guest should be responsive, and in the event that he/she fails to do so, ALTANFEETHI shall be relieved of any responsibility.

Arriving at ALTANFEETHI Lounges 90 minutes before the flight time, to benefit from the service.

Implementing the airport regulations, and adhering to security and safety rules, applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

General Terms:

ALTANFEETHI provides its members with information and data related to the services provided on its website. By using this website, the guest agrees to abide by the terms of use of the website and the terms of use of the data available on it. These terms and conditions may be subject to change or modification at any time, and the use of this website is subject to the relevant laws and regulations.

ALTANFEETHI reserves the copyright and intellectual property rights of the website contents, including the logo of the Office and/or ALTANFEETHI Lounge. The user of the website is not entitled to copy, print, or upload any of the contents of this website, except for personal use or for the use within the entity or organization to which the user is affiliated, and provided that the copyright and intellectual property rights shall be maintained in the same form and manner as the original from which it was copied, printed, or downloaded.

ALTANFEETHI shall ensure that the website services are available to the user 24 hours a day. It is not responsible for the lack of such services due to technical reasons and/or a force out of the management of the Lounge's control and/or otherwise. ALTANFEETHI may, by virtue of a prior notice via the available means, temporarily suspend the access to such website.

ALTANFEETHI exerts the maximum effort to ensure that the information provided on this website is as comprehensive and accurate as possible. ALTANFEETHI shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any use of this website or its contents.

The provision of additional links to other entities in ALTANFEETHI website is for the user's convenience, without any responsibility on ALTANFEETHI for the contents of such links, for example, but not limited to, advertising links.

The Primary Membership Card holder is fully responsible for the holders of Secondary Membership Cards who are one of his/her dependents, companions, or guests.

Loss or damage to the membership card is the guest's responsibility and he/she must notify ALTANFEETHI once this incident occurs, taking note that the cost of issuing the replacement card is SAR 250.

No guest is allowed to assign his/her membership/card to any other person. Use of the membership/card by another person shall cancel such membership without any compensation, and the guest and user of the membership/card shall have the relevant responsibility and bear the legal consequences.

Under no circumstances shall the guest be entitled to request a partial or full refund of the membership amount after receiving the membership application form and activating the membership, and the member may not ask for a refund of the amounts of services paid for his/her guests to be issued.

Upon submission of the membership application, ALTANFEETHI has the right to lawfully share and use the customer’s information with the official authorities, if required.

ALTANFEETHII Is not responsible for providing external transport between Lounges.

In the general discretion of ALTANFEETHI, and in case it is confirmed that the guest has used his/her membership inside the Lounge improperly or illegally, for example, but not limited to, photographing, advertising, or marketing, or to the detriment of the visitors of the ALTANFEETHI Lounges, the membership will be canceled directly, without the guest being entitled to any sort of material or moral compensation.

ALTANFEETHI has the right to accept or reject subscription/renewal applications in ALTANFEETHI, without providing any reasons.

ALTANFEETHI has the right to prevent the guest or his/her guests from entering ALTANFEETHI Lounges in the case of not complying with appropriate appearance or behavior or breaching the public decency.

ALTANFEETHI has the right to not receive customers, dependents, or guests due to the lack of pre-registration, without any material or moral compensation.

ALTANFEETHI is not responsible for the guest's relationship with the carrier companies and/or security authorities, including, but not limited to: in the event of a change in flight times or delays, seat downgrading or weight reduction, delay in inspection procedures or in issuance of boarding and baggage card; and therefore, the guest shall be charged any additional costs resulting from delays or so, and ALTANFEETHI is not bound to abide by any financial costs or compensation to the guest in connection with the issuance of a new ticket or fines.

ALTANFEETHI has the right, upon prior notice, to suspend and/or cancel the customer’s membership in the event of uttering or attacking ALTANFEETHI’s employees, or in the event of a violation of the regulation of preserving public taste and/or any of the terms and conditions existing in accordance with paragraph (5) of the customer’s responsibilities, without any material compensation The company also reserves the legal right to protect its employees.

ALTANFEETHI has the right to suspend and/or cancel the guest’s membership in the event that the cancellation is in its interest, and the compensation is based on the remainder of the subscription period

The guest is obligated to pay any financial dues for additional services, and in the event of non-payment of these amounts, the provision of services shall be suspended until the payment is made, without any obligations or compensation for the suspension period.

Access to ALTANFEETHI Lounges and use of its services are exclusively for the authorized travelers.

ALTANFEETHIconfirms that it has the right to change the list of prices for the services provided, in accordance with provided at the various airports, and it is not responsible for any discontinuation of its services resulting from any force majeure legal circumstances, including, but not limited to, natural disasters and epidemics, uprisings, and similar conditions, and in any city where such events occur.

The billing process is considered official, whether it is by paper or by an e-mail.

Memberships terms and conditions:

The guest is at least 18 years old.

The guest has the right to delete or add one subordinate to the membership, only once, during the term of membership.

The package can be upgraded while paying the full membership fee difference regardless of the remaining period and without any change in the membership expiration date.

The subscription activates, after receiving the full membership fee via approved payment channels by ALTANFEETHI.

ALTANFEETHI is not responsible for any subscription fee remittances to any other account that is not related to ALTANFEETHI.

The capability of adding dependent relatives in the main guest package (dependent) as the rest of the family members within the number of the chosen package, with submitting a copy of the dependency deed when submitting the subscription application.

The capability of adding adopted children in the main member's package (adopter) as other family members within the number of selected packages with a copy of the adoption document upon submission of the application.

The guest has the right to refund the full membership amount or the package modification value difference if the membership is not used within the first five days for new subscriptions only from the date of membership activation.

The main membership holder can add escorts to the membership and pay the approved fees by ALTANFEETHI. The escorts are not entitled to use and travel through ALTANFEETHI lounges except with one of the main members of the membership.

Authorized personnel

  1. Executive Lounge employees.
  2. Staff of security agencies in the executive lounge.
  3. Hospitality staff in the Executive lounge.
  4. Maintenance staff in accordance with the flights schedule.​
