A press release published on the Saudi Airlines website stated that the agreement, which was signed on the sidelines of the Future Aviation Conference, held from May 9-11 in Riyadh, aims to establish a long-term cooperation relationship on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, in addition to discussing the best means and projects. Initiatives and directing them to raise the level of services provided to guests traveling through the executive lounges of all domestic airports.
Captain Ibrahim Al-Kishi, CEO of Saudi Airlines, explained that Saudia's strategy is to target development projects to various segments of guests by providing the best services and products, as well as concluding partnerships with all government and private sectors, noting that this agreement will establish a framework Its own is based on the digital transformation project adopted by "Saudia" and its outputs will be compatible with the aspirations of the guests and their loyalty to their carrier, and an incentive to gain the loyalty of more guests.
For his part, Jalban Al-Jalban, CEO of the CEO, noted that the memorandum comes within the framework of cooperation and contribution to the development of high-end and fast services for VIP guests traveling through the executive lounges, by raising the level of quality of services provided by both parties, in order to improve the guest experience through Negotiations, the sharing of acquired experiences, and the establishment of a long cooperation relationship between the two parties to achieve common goals. This partnership will also contribute to achieving new and sustainable sources of revenue.
It is noteworthy that the Executive Company "Executive Offices Company" is the company that manages and operates all executive lounges and offices in all airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and was recently established as part of the privatization program of the air transport sector in Saudi Arabia.
